Interim Management is a relatively new service we are offering. The global economy requires the market players to adjust and change in an increasingly fast pace. As an inevitable result of these alterations companies have to lay off staff and on the other hand to hire new personnel. Especially with management positions the recruitment process takes a while and the predecessor is often no longer in charge while the successor is not engaged yet. In order to avoid a great time gap between the engagements of the old and the new manager in a specific position we are offering our interim management services. Seasoned, very experienced managers will take over these interim positions and will, after a very short ‘ramp-up time’, effectively and reliably fill-out the temporary gap. The network is currently offering interim management services in the area of General Management, Sales Management (Business Development) and IT Management. The network is offering totally neutral and product independent services with no further interest and we guarantee, in contrast to many other service providers, to always have the customer interest and only the customer interest in the focus of our endeavors.
